.

     Seeing from the heart or from the attention , that's what an interesting topic to be discussed , many argue that a person sees an object or something which is viewed by heart or feelings , but there are some people saying that there is an assessment of the object is a person attempts to commit sensation , perception and attention . The third component is basically an interaction  closely united to perform information processing on the stimulus received by a person .
     Sensory organs is something very precious in human life in which the sensory organs that humans can do easily and activities organized . But it is different when we try to make relation with someone who has the limitations of sensory organs , a small sample of people who have limitations in terms of vision , blindness is sometimes it makes it difficult to perform activities , including act and understanding the information about environment, but it is both tasks can not be denied a normal person or not is equally required to undertake the process of interpretation or assess the existing stimulus , so that the process of sensation , perception and attention is very important for every individual to perform against external environment .
      In human life  required to understand the social environment around them , so human in its development must also master of social cognition . Where social cognition is the way our minds work in understanding the environment around us in order to function adaptively in it ( ( Robert A. Baron , 2003), the point here is social cognition are all efforts made in understanding the person's social environment and make adjustments to the environment , so that people can understand the environment appropriately by doing the processing of the stimulus information received from the environment .
      Observation and understanding of the environment is something that has become a habit for human life , so that the expected human observation capable of processing the information received is accurate and true. With reference to the sensory systems that exist in the human body , in fact it is known that in the conduct of human information processing can’t be separated from the sensory system and always involve existence . After observing humans then humans would receive a stimulus that must be captured and translated appropriately . This stimulus is an object that is outside human , so with the stimulus the humans can perform a personal task is to do the task in sensation and perception .
In doing information processing , sensation is human behavior that arise as a result of stimulus or object that exists with the process of identification or detection . After the sensation then humans will follow the perception stage . By Robert L . Solso (2007 ) is the perception of high-level cognition involved in interpretation  to sensory information , so that the statement can be seen that after the initial approach that sensation then humans are required to assess or interpret the objects that have been received by involving cognition that I owned .
      Besides involving human sensation and perception to attempt to do an information processing , it is no less important is that there should be attention or concern . Attention is concentration mind in clear and vivid form , of the number of objects stimulants or group of minds ( Robert L . Solso , 2007) . Attention is therefore essential role in the interpretation of the stimulus that did exist , because humans can do with attention focusing fully on the events that are sensory or mental .
     By involving attention processing into information , humans have the great task personally . Any attention in the processing of information originated from human limitations in receiving information as a whole , because humans have the limitations in receiving stimulus thoroughly. So people just focusing the consideration at one point only. In the human attention involves a conscious and use cognition owned the interpretation of the stimuli that are beyond human .

     Social cognition is the way our minds work in understanding the environment around us in order to function adaptively in it ( ( Robert A. Baron , 2003), the point here is social cognition are all efforts made in understanding the person's social environment and make adjustments to the environment .
Social cognition is a process that involves perception , evaluation and categorate others ( Tri Dayakisni , Hudaniah , 2009) . Social cognition in doing things one must do to perform the processing of information about what is seen on the social reality , then make observations , and collect in certain parts . Social cognition in social psychology is essentially also a human psychological activity based functions psychology itself , which aims to explain and predict about objects encountered by humans and then it will all boil down to the purpose of social cognition that is trying to do the right social understanding without making mistakes .
In social cognition , humans will be involved in understanding the social circumstances , namely through specific efforts in performing information processing .. In the reality of life , social understanding each individual's right is very important . Where the success of the individual in understanding the environmental or social realities will facilitate every individual to perform activities of identifying problems , describing the problem , evaluate the problem and then can solve problems and be able to provide appropriate solutions and then the individual can perform the interpretation and to predict correctly and appropriately .
Social cognition will not be separated from social understanding , where social understanding is the view that humans same perception is a cognitive process in which people are actively organizing observer , so it is not just a passive box , they motivated the need to develop an integrated and meaningful impression , not just love or hate ( David O sears , 1985) so that from above it is known that when a person's conduct social understanding then he is required to continue to be active in understanding the specific circumstances that are expected to perform with the understanding of the social environment without committing an error during the processing of information and determine the answers .
Tri Dayani and hudainah (2009 ) mentions in his book of social psychology , one of the efforts that must be made in understanding social do is to use the scheme as a cognitive organizer . Making based scheme because of the difficulty and the limitation of individual's ability to perform an accurate interpretation of behavior or human behavior . So with the systematically arranged scheme is expected to help facilitate human to perceive events information and then organize to be selective and precise .
Creation schemes in understanding and perceiving others usually viewed from a prominent characteristic of each individual , such as gender , social status , race, language , social behavior and others. According to Tri Dayakisni , Hudaniah (2009 ) there are four types of schemes , namely :
1 . self schemes
Schemes in self contained various characteristics that I owned myself , either physical or character nonphysical character .
2 . Person schemas
In which there is knowledge or information which contains the types or character of others , so the person schemas serves to classify the types of people
3 . scheme role
Inside there are various schemes of the norms or rules in accordance with the social reality .
4 . Scheme or script events
With the scheme expected incidence of someone being able to remember events that never experienced before .
From the explanation above, so we can know that the schemes mentioned above hopefully someone can perform correctly identify and describe the characteristics or character of being owned by each individual by means of categorization .

      Different again with the second thinker Aristotle , that man was designated object to be colored by the surrounding environment , such as john locke has been said that human beings are born of white paper , where the paper will be changed or conditioned to be what is desired by the author , like shaped like a human does , then he is able to determine the direction of the next life . Of two different ideas about which ideology functionalism and structuralism if we can aplicate and read through the reality of life , they have the relationship very closely in defining the precise nature of man . for it was born the second associate a stream of thought that the approach through introspection .
     As a man that has the capacity of cognition , humans are basically going to involve all the mental processes that exist in destiny , as in cognitive psychology , the human is the soul that will continue to carry out activities of thinking . According to Neisser (1967 ) term cognition refers to the entire process by which sensory input altered , reduced , interpreted , stored , retrieved, and used ( Robert L . Solso , 2007) . Neisser statement can be seen that every human activity , a small example is eye-opening , it has the function or purpose to observe the environment that is around , then he began to incorporate the new information on the human brain , and then after he was informed about the fact that he see later someone will translate the information to perform interpretation , then that information will be a memory that is inserted in him and will be an update that will someday be recalled back . The memory paradigm that sometimes have the have the difference between an individual with other individuals . Because the paradigm is the point of view of someone who is subjective .
     For that to think that man will engage in activities that are very important in life and his life . If someone can pass through stages of cognition are appropriate in view of a problem , then people can make will appropriately and correctly , because by thinking or make cognition it can train people to become personal sensitivity to rationalistic and realistic in passing the various aspects of life such as psychological aspects social and human .

     Perception is an activity that involves a high level of cognition in interpret to sensory information . ( Solso , 2007) Our perceptions are often inaccurate . One reason is that our assumptions or expectations . We perceive things based on our expectations . So consequently the perception of failure can be caused by prejudice .
     In human life have different groups - different tribes and different - different . For example, in my class , there are people who have different backgrounds - different there are Chinese , Javanese , Sundanese , Ambon and other fields .  ambon people in because they were faced sinister and dark sometimes cause prejudice that they are evil and must be in the stay away . Things like this often happen in our daily lives . .
     The term prejudice derived from the Latin word , which means a precedent or an assessment based on the decision and previous experience . Richard E Brislin defines prejudice as an unfair attitude , deviate or are intolerant of a group of people . Although prejudice can be positive or negative but in general be negative .
Surely this prejudice affect communication , and whether the effect of prejudices on communications then? When we prejudge black people are lazy , the militaristic Japanese , the Chinese materialist, women are more stupid than men , without the support with data and facts are accurate , then our communication will not be smooth or it can jam and will continue to our perception wrong , which then others will perceive us as well or wrong .
     So from the above, I think the best way to reduce prejudice is to improve communication with them and get to know them better , though not always well and succeed in any situation. Such as in the classroom there are students who come from a variety of races to develop good relations to understand and make good friends despite their race - one different so that it can reduce or even eliminate improper prejudice .

     Corruption is an individual behavior that has become commonplace among the people of Indonesia. Corruption is an act that involves a variety of things that are complex where the corruption is an individual action that is based upon the desire to get or take advantage because of the authority or power . Basically the behavior of individuals in corruption cases are caused by two factors: internal and external factors . Internal factors are caused by factors that originate from within the individual . While external factors from the environment that supports the individual to commit acts of corruption .Behavior of individuals to commit acts of corruption are closely related to values , morality , understanding and practice of values which will then determine the extent to which a person behaves . Someone who does not understand or comprehend , but it is not able to practice , let alone not understand and practice a value that there is in him , he will tend to behave deviate from these values . In the case of corruption , it is known that the act is abusing the authority that has been mandated to someone . Ha can be caused because the individual already has a tendency ( properties ) to cheat , so this is related to personality factors present in an individual . Besides environmental factors is a factor that can’t be ignored because people in the reality also within the community in carrying out activities and his life .Corruption in Indonesia is a phenomenon that contains concerns . Due to the fact that most individuals are essentially already have a stock of moral cultivation from an early age , even a child is getting the moral cultivation of the family , even the arch school to college , so that in these conditions , otherwise the education world has failed in producing generation intelligence intelligent , emotionally , and spiritually . So this should immediately get the right solution . reappointed importance of moral and character education should be integrated into one of the subjects taught in schools should be a concern . For that moral cultivation is to be relevant to the issue .In view of psychology , the internal behavior of the causes of corruption can be viewed in terms of moral personality is the concept of moral development was first put forward by Piaget . In view of Piaget , the two processes underlying the development of the individual is organizing and adjustment ( Santrock , 2002) consisting of assimilation and accommodation . Where this behavior occurs when individuals combine  information into existing knowledge and then the individual adapts to new information obtained . Piaget 's theory carried over development  as a process of adaptation to environmental efforts . ( Robert L Solso , 2007) . In this case if the corruption in terms of Piaget thought , individuals who commit acts of corruption are essentially individual moral cultivation has been getting since the beginning , but the individual will have the accommodations for moral failure .Piaget's theory later became the inspiration for Kohlberg . It is a study of Kohlberg is concentrated on the arguments and the development of children 's own arguments . Kohlberg examined how children think through their experiences which include the understanding of moral concepts . According to prospective cognitive moral development , individual moral capacity to be more complicated and complex if the individual is an additional moral structure at each increasing level of cognitive moral development growth . External growth comes from rewards and punishments are given , while internal growth and leads to the principle of universal justice . Where the individual is the theory of conventional stage , the Mutual interpersonal expectations , relationships and compatibility . Attribution is a process which helps to understanding the causes of behavior and is an important mediator for the person's reaction to the social world ( Tri Power Kisni , 2006) in which individual behavior is caused by dis positional factors ( internal factors / in ) , such as the nature , character , attitude , and forth , or caused by external circumstances , such as pressure situations or circumstances that force someone to do a particular act . Attribution is a cognitive process in which one draws conclusions about the factors that influence or make sense of the behavior of others or himself . Characteristics of attribution theory is that rational human beings and are encouraged to identify and understand the causes of the environment , in which the internal forces ( personal factors such as ability , effort , and fatigue ) and external forces ( environmental factors such as rules ) together determine human behavior . So from the above description of individual behavior in corruption is the failure of individuals to internalize and accommodations for the behavior after the assimilation phase , in addition to the person's behavior is caused by the habit of the individual in adapting to the social environment .
