Cognition Level Of Children? Like what???

This day I "should impose" myself to be on campus,
from early in the morning until the afternoon-evening all. From the first I
went to college I've roundabout that day it will rain (understandably, this
area of clouds in the this one week, region
of malang and surrounding light rain continues), and as it has been predictable
before rain down mercilessly. When it rained I was reminded again to my family
at home, you know, when I was home last Sunday, but still I thought on them,
especially my nephew's number two before the last. He was 4 years old and has
already entered the first year to enter kindergarten.
In the village where I live there are several KINDERGARTENS
which are all competing among one another. excess for excess displayed by one
school in another school. A different song with another, different ways of
learning the Koran and even the inclusion of a numeric materials, in my
opinion, is too heavy for the child NURSERY, namely the inclusion of materials
multiplication and Division of learning in the curriculum of the school.
When I ask one of the kindergarten teachers about the
reasons for granting such material, the teacher replied that it was done
because now all parents want their children to be colonised multiplication and
Division by the dream of entering in one of your favorite SD claiming to be on
the test in advance. therefore teachers inevitably provide such material with
the reason "to trawl the pupil".
In view of Piaget (Solso, 2008), a person who is in the
range of 2-7 years of age is in the pre-operational stage, someone at this age
range of his thinking is egocentric she was only thinking about himself, he was
unable to distinguish which one is the perception of herself and where is the
others, for all those that think just like him. For example, if one child at
this time left his parents to a place then the child will feel that their
parents do not see them, because they don't see their parents. Then that their
intuition more than thoughts logically so it's no wonder if the children at
this time could not use reasoning causality and other things that are
"somewhat" heavy. The last attribute is not yet having the ability of
conservation namely ability to nurture and take care of something.
Therefore granting materials too heavy that requires a
thinking "better" as well as analyzed in it should not be included in
KINDERGARTEN learning, because it is indeed really rather than their material
and requires thoughts of more complex which is very far from the reach of their
cognitive abilities. However, in some areas there are various practices that
are not through the selection of the material, so that sometimes there are
materials that are "inappropriate" and performed by various
institutions in Indonesia that are “upon name” for the sake of education in Indonesia. They
seemed to have forgotten the risk-the risk that would be incurred thereafter.
Keep in mind back about someone's Motivation, if we've done
a variety of things that we don't master this repeatedly without any increase
in it, of course we will feel that we failed in completing the role that we
have to do as a student (for example) and in fact we will misinterpret
ourselves so that we judge ourselves as a "fool" and the results Hopefully,
at least, is that we become less confident or even stress.
'l say that if could indeed be accelerated in learning why
not? But it needs to be noted that not all children who have the ability like
that, only a part of the kids who had the ability to "above average".
So that the process of "accelerated material" to an object that is
not appropriate, in my opinion, it is not right to do.
