From our birth to today, sure has a lot of things that we
see, we hear, and we taste. All the things that accompany every step of our
lives until later on, either when, which we refer to as a word that is
memorable. Many of the stories are stored in our memory, there is that we use
as a motivator in our activities, there is also that we hide meetings and
couldn't help us remember more as a dark story of our past.
But of all those events are all we can remember? of course
the answer is no, just some of the events that got more attention than we are
able to we remember our first Value such as report cards, When we angried with our
parents, our brother or same angry stories that got more attention from us.
Continue to where other events we save?, even though in theory it is said that
every thing or event in our memory and has already lasted for 30 seconds and
above already go to the LTM (Long Term Memory).
From what I can from my friend's explanation, he said that
there was some type of forgetfulness, maybe I'll just write down what I
remember (though not all), there is an encoding failure, Amnesia, Decay,
Interference, deliberate forgetfulness, and Repression, let's discuss alike.
In theory the first explained that forgetfulness could occur
due to failure of the encoding, knowing of the password? your password is the
means of encoding failure code is failure include code into LTM. for example
just like this, just maybe we've upset (slightly) when someone we know it even
says that he does not know us, of course it would not necessarily be so guilty,
because in theory this memory failure, explained that the meaning became one of
the main reasons we so get on forgetting concluded that the forgetfulness that
person to us the reason could have been the "name" because we are not
meaningful for him so that information about us is not entered into the
person's or LTM term cool are we not important to him or her more
"young" again "we wrote that to his GR-20s". and the second
reason in this memory failure is due to stress.
A second theory about this is forgotten due to Amnesia,
forgetfulness are amnesia because of disease or because someone suffered an
injury to the experienced, there are two types of amnesia retrograde Amnesia is
the first and the second is anterograde amnesia, retrograde Amnesia is losing
our memory of things that happened before the injuries while anterograde memory
loss is us against the things that happened after injuries. retrograde and
anterograde amnesia is more common than total anterograde.
Whereas the third theory is a theory of decay, that is the
theory that says that our memory fades with time flow naturally because it is
rarely used for example is our forgetfulness of our lesson materials such as
the PKN lesson SD fitting of course many have forgotten, it is not because we
do not give our attention when studying the material will but because such
material rarely we use in our learning processes furthermore.
A fourth theory is a theory of interference, which is mixing
between one memory with the memory of the others that are similar. There are
two kinds of mixing that occurs the first is retroactive interference i.e. a
theory which States that there is a new memory that inhibit the emergence of
long memory. for example, when used in high school we had a friend who's very
familiar and we are memorized with the number Hand phone but after we got into
our University got a new friend so we very memorized with number Hand phone as
well so we when asked about mobile phone number of our friends who are HIGH
SCHOOL SENIORS we can't remember it. whereas the second is proactive
interference i.e. allied memory so that the new memory is deleted by the old
memory, in fact in this case is the effect of a habit that we have done over
and over again so that when we do a similar thing with there little change,
whether it's a place, thing or the time we tend to give the same response
relative to what we were doing over and over again.
the next is a deliberate forgetfulness, i.e. a person who
removes a trauma or incident that sad, creepy or other negative things so they
won't remember the things that he had experienced, for example someone who is
affected, think of the kidnapping, they tend to forget, refused, and ordered
himself not to mind. the last is the repression of the memory pressing method
unconsciously because masses of things
