For psychologists intelligence is a capacity to understand the world , think rationally , and use common sense in the face of challenges . Some of these intelligence concept that evolved from a person of intelligence in the surrounding environment rather than the intelligence of the person. Psychologists have the question of whether intelligence is only one , general ability , or whether intelligence have the relationship with specific capabilities ? . The new psychologists assume that intelligence is only 1 common factor for mental ability that they can call the g factor . This assumption is based on the fact that intelligence has an some differences, if they only focus on speaking , mathematicians , verbal competence , or spatial visualization skills . There is a correlation at the time of execution of different tests . An assumption generally is that the global intellectual abilities are influenced by factors g . This notion of general intelligence factor underlies every aspect of intelligence and it is a factor that is measured at each test intelligence . ( Spearman , 1927 ; Colom , Jung , & Haier , et al.2009 )

            Some psychologists believe that there are two distinct types of intelligence , fluid intelligence and the intelligence cryztallized . Fluid intelligence have the ability to describe the information and process it , give reason and remember . Fluid intelligence includes the ability for abstract reasoning , if we are asked to solve an analogy , grouping several criteria Based on the series of letters , or numbers to remember , we will use the fluid intelligence . We use fluid intelligence when we try to solve the puzzle quickly . Instead cryztallized intelligence is the accumulation of information , skills , and strategies that have been studied individually through experience and they can apply in situations requiring problem solving . Intelligence reflects our ability to recall information from long-term memory . Contrary to fluid intelligence , which reflects a more general type of inteligesni , cryztallized intelligence is more a reflection of the culture in which the individual grew up . Differences in fluid intelligence and intelligence cryztallized can especially be seen in late adulthood , when individuals showed a decrease in the fluid , instead of crystallized intelligence.

My opinion:

Intelligence is the capacity of an individual to understand the world, think rationally and appropriately make use of reason in the face of challenges. And iteligensi that there are two fluid intelligence and the intelligence cryztallized.
