Often Forgot? This solution!!

Are you a student who often forgotten materials in schools, when only a week ago described at length in the classroom? Or you are a student who often forget who your classmates in a particular course? Or you are a housewife who often forget where to put a kitchen knife? Or if you are a musician who often forget the lyrics?

Well, whatever and whoever you are we here together will dissect each solution of your problem. Before we widened the solution is useful to discuss the cause or factor that makes us forget about the object or event that is around us.

Why do we often forget the little things that sometimes matter? It could be because we do not give attention or attention to the object. Or because we think it is not important. Fifth, involve emotional or affective side, things are touching and stirring our emotions tend to be more memorable than just the context of the sentence.

Sixth, in order to keep the information we remember and do not erased so he should fit in the memory box called LTM or long term momory. But unfortunately, the majority of information that we thinks not necessarily directly into the LTM or long-term memory. The majority of the information that we thinks of the world into the box named STM or short term memory (Solso: 2007), while the capacity and duration of STM is very limited.
