Encouraging Learning Measures
In
general, people assume that the educator is a person who has a large amount of
knowledge, and is obliged to distribute to others . Likewise , the subject
students often perceived as being in charge of taking the information and
knowledge that educators delivered . The more information they are absorbing
knowledge or save the better value they get , and the greater the recognition
they get as an individual yag educated .
Assumptions like this , even though it is quite old age ,
can not be maintained anymore . Educators function cram as much knowledge as
information - banyakya to subject students and students absorb the functions of
subject and aggregate information recalling that , increasingly irrelevant
given that knowledge itself is something that is dynamic and not limited . In
other words , knowledge - knowledge ( which in human feelings and thoughts can
be collected ) are temporary and changeable , not absolute ( Goble , 1987 : 46
) . Force -controlled and disseminated knowledge current , relatively speaking,
may only serve to date, and is not for the past five to ten years into the
future . Therefore , it makes little sense to subject knowledge of information
cramming students , especially when it is detached from the context of meeting
the needs of everyday life .
However, that does not mean the function traidisional

fragmented and dispersed into a single unified philosophy . In other words, can

As a mediator , an educator must know where the source -
specific knowledge resources and regulate the mechanisms of acquisition if at
any time required by the subject didik.Dengan the knowledge of information
acquisition , subject educators help students to develop the ability to react
to the world around it . At this moment of action learning in the sense that
sesungguhya occurs , ie, when the students learn the subject realistically
assess abilities and apply them to achieve their own needs .
From the description above shows that the indicators of a
successful action learning is : when subjects students have to develop their
own abilities . Furthermore , when the subject of students managed to find

be" .
It is the duty of educators to create conditions conducive
to the ongoing actions to learn effectively . Conditions conducive it is
certainly more than just provide an explanation of the things contained in the
textbook , but rather encourage , inspire , provide the motives and subjects
students in an effort to help them achieve desired goals ( Whiteherington ,
1982:77 ) . This is the function motivator, inspiration and a facilitator of an
educator .
