Surely pride will overwhelm us if we are judged as being intellectual . In general can be interpreted intellectually intelligent , rational , clear-headed and based on science ( KBBI , 2013 ) . No doubt that person's intellectual ability can be judged from the way he speaks and speaks . It is called linguistic abilities . How one is able to speak using a variety of scientific vocabulary with systematic language is good and true . Linguistic abilities that one must not be separated from the process of cognition . Already
a cognitive task when we discuss the systematic processing of language ,
wording arrangement will be applied through the noise and talk . Increase
a person's cognitive abilities will be seen from the style of speech
with the use of language that shows the higher mind.
There
are some interesting phenomena that become Tranding topic in this
country , among other phenomena Vicky behaviors that make various
controversies . This is a picture that he wanted to be seen as an intellectual person . This is his show talking style and use of vocabulary that is not common when performing in front of the public . Ability

Observing
the behavior exhibited by Vicky , we can connect it with the linguistic
skills that would never be separated from the storage capabilities of
language in our memory . There are different kinds of memory such as Short Term Memory and Long Term Memory . Linguistic ability in this regard relate to long-term memory , semantic memory ie . Semantic
memory is the memory of the words , concepts , rules , and ideas abtrak
, this memory is important for the use of language ( Solso , 2007) , in
other words, semantic memory is a mental dictionary , an organized
knowledge a person has about the words and symbols - verbal symbols . Semantic
memory does not include the characteristics of the input preseptual ,
namunn include cognitive reference of the input signals ( Solso , 2007 )
. However
, one's linguistic ability is not only seen from system memory alone
but there is still a role of other cognitive systems that Wernicke and
Broca . Wernicke's
role in drafting the word , ie, structuring and word processing , as
well as play a role in understanding the language that will be realized
by Broca in the form of speech.
Semantic
memory can be said is one part of the system of cognition which is a
repository for the mental dictionary , in this case concerning the word ,
concepts , rules , and abstract ideas . Vicky
is a unique phenomenon , where the vocabulary he uses when performing
in front of the public to be Tranding topic in this country . This
shows that the concept of memory , words and abstract ideas that one
has not always going well realized , when roles Wernicke and Broca did
