In the life we
live today, it's joyful and grieving . no longer burning when our spirit was
there kalannya berbara outages . Here we need to be a motivation . whet her the
motivation was ? ? ? ? ?
Motivation is the process that explains the intensity , direction , and persistence of an individual to achieve tujuannya.Tiga main elements in this definition is the intensity , direction , and persistence .
Based on Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory , theory X and theory Y Douglas McGregor and contemporary motivation , sense of motivation is the underlying reason that an act done by an individual . A person is said to have a high motivation can mean the person has a very strong reason to achieve what he wants to do the job now . Unlike the motivation in the sense that developed in the community who are often equated with the spirit , as an example in conversation " I want my child to have a high motivation " . This statement could be interpreted that parents want their children to have a high enthusiasm for learning . Thus , it should be understood that there is a difference in the community use the term motivation . Nothing defines motivation as a reason , and there is also the same with the spirit of the motives .
In the relationship between motivation and intensity , the intensity associated with how diligently one tries , but does not produce a high intensity performance is satisfactory except for the efforts associated with the organization in a favorable direction . Otherwise the last element , persistence , a measure of how long a person can maintain his business .
