Behavioristic theory of Motivation

Behavioristic experts namely that motivation is controlled by the
environment . Humans
behave if there rasangan from the outside , and strong / weak behavior is
influenced by events as a consequence of the behavior that can arouse emotions

The core of the application of behavioristic view of experts is what is called a " contingency management" is the strengthening of behavior by the result of the behavior itself. If students behave properly , then the result of behavior that will get ksenangan , which received a prize or award . Conversely, if the behavior is wrong, then the students got the punishment or discomfort .
Based on the practical opinion , then by implementing contingency management education classes can handle the situation and can use it as a tool to motivate learners .
Hence the motivation Behavioristic pandanagan controlled by environmental conditions , then depending on the settings pendidiklah classroom environment so that students are motivated to learn . Failure of learners in meaningful learning educators failure in regulating learning program , not a failure because of lack mampuannnya learners .
But I think this opinion is not entirely true. Due to the fact not only what is in the environment that can motivate a person, but what is in itself also can be used effects a person's motivation. For instance ideals. Desire and so on...

I agree,,,behavioristik experts say that motivation is controlled by the environment.
but the motivation was not only controlled from the environment, but also controlled by it in ourselves,
how behavioristik view, if the motivation is controlled by from within ourselves?
