Affection Parent or caregiver in the first years of a child's life is the
key to social development of children. Patterns of relationship parents or
guardians of children aged 3-6 years are the foundation for social and
emotional development of children. One important aspect in the relationship
between parent and child is a parenting style that is applied by the parents.
There are 3 types of parenting are:
Ø Authoritarian parenting is a restrictive and punishing
style that requires
children to follow orders perinta parents

parents set limits - limits are firm and
does not provide a
great opportunity for the kids

Ø Authoritative parenting is parenting that encourages children to be
independent but still set limits and control over their actions. Extensive
verbal consultation is possible and old oramng show warmth and affection to the
child. Authoritative parenting is associated with children's social competence.
While it is final is permissive
parenting. Parenting is divided into two forms,
namely: 1. Indiffrent permisssive parenting is a parenting style
where parents are not involved in the child's
life. This type of parenting is associated with children's social incompetence,
especially a lack of self-control. 2. Indulgent permissive parenting
is a parenting
style where parents are very
involved in the child's life - their children
but set few
limits or control over them. Indulgent permissive
parenting is associated with children's social, particularly the lack of self-control.
While the other
hand , parents need to adjust their behavior towards children , fueled by the
development of the child's maturity . Parents should not be treated the same
5-year -old boy with a 2 -year -old son . Children aged 5 years and 2 years
have needs and different abilities . In the first interaction of parents and
children move from activities that are very focused on penhasuhan routine .
Feeding , changing diapers , bathing and putting the collar is not a parenting
activities such as games and voice exchanges gaze . In the second and third of
parents often hold a problem - the problem with the discipline of physical
manipulation . They removed the child from the activities that harm and told
the kids to play in the desired place by the parents . They place objects easily
broken and dangerous out of reach of children . When the child grows larger

But from some parenting, parenting is best for the above applied to me is that
authoritative parenting. Where parenting is assumed with democratic parenting that
supports a child to be open and be her old sendiri.Orang democratic will encourage
youth to participate in making a decision, giving wise direction, which will make
