Human life is characterized by the fulfillment of the needs of businesses , whether physical , mental - emotional , material and spiritual . If the need can be catered for, means achieving a balance and satisfaction . But in reality often meet the needs of the business gets a lot of hurdles and obstacles . The pressures and difficulties of this life often brings humans are in a state of stress . Stress can be experienced by all ages . Stress can be physical , biological and psychological . Germs that invade the human body cause biological stress which cause immune reactions . While psychological stress can come from several things that can cause a sense of peace and balance disorders life .Several things can cause stress :1 . crisisCrisis is change / events that arise suddenly and shake the balance of power beyond the reach of one's day-to- day adjustments . For example : the crisis in the field of business , family relationships and so on .2 . frutrasiFrustration largely a failure in satisfying business needs / instinct , causing disappointment . Frutrasi arise when someone intent or effort blocked by obstacles ( from outside : famine , drought , death , and so on and from within : fatigue , mental disability , low self-esteem and so on ) that hinder the progress of a goal to be achieved .3 . conflictConflict is a disagreement between 2 desire / urge that the power of instinct and forces that control the impulses of instinct .4 . pressureStress can be caused by stress associated with the great responsibility to bear. ( From the self: the ideals , the head of the family , and so on and from the outside : a wife who is too demanding , parents who want their children to excel ) .HANDLING STRESS• Identify and recognize the sources of stress .• Fostering maturity of personality through education and life experiences .• To develop a healthy lifestyle . Among others, by the way : being content with what they have , do not hurry to achieve his wish , realize the difference between wants and needs , and so on .• Give thanks to God for everything that happens to remain faithful to him .• Ask for guidance to his close friend , the people are more mature , psychologists , spiritual mature person , and so on ) .• Avoid negative attitudes among others : rebelling against the state , apathy , anger. little to add about the body's response to stress, According to Selye, stress refers to a complex reaction in the organism to the effects or non-specific effects of the environment (the effect or impact of the so-called "stressors" or "stimulus"). According to the severity of the stress and the long-short lasted stress, the body responds in three stages.
1. Stage "warning or alarm reaction" (response to danger).
2. Stage "adaptation or resistance"
3. Stage of "exhaustion" (exhaustion)
