Some Tips for Improving Your Memory ... Nowadays lots of problems in the life of one of them is FORGOTTEN. Forget often experienced by anyone, forget that little thing is going to be weird not in everyday life. Therefore there is little tips to improve our memory. 1. Make a note of the effective If you are still sitting on the bench in College try writing down every detail of a lecture would be better off if we listen and think of such content, as well as writing down the important points of the material presented in the small notebook that you have. 2. Practicing and practicing Although not always practice makes perfect but it can help. by learning and practicing the material has been mastered. for example in terms of mathematical formulas will be given or the count-counting problems that otherwise we could recall the formulas by practicing these formulas work nonstop until we truly grasp or remember it. 3. Don't trust the claims about drugs that improve memory An awful lot of ads or product that you can trust that consuming a drug or supplement can improve your memory, but various studies show that it is not so. In conclusion it is easy to forget to be eliminated, because it sure is not a disease, because there are still many ways in which we can use to avoid forgetting the way existing tips above. Unlike AMNESIA amnesia is the loss of memory which happen without difficulty most other mental involves a victim who gets on its impact and can't remember anything from his past. This type is called amnesia retrograde amnesia, memory is lost before the occurrence of an event that had happened at that time. usually the memory of lost will be restored gradually although it may take a full storage for several years. I like your tips, it is “practicing and practicing”, we can also get example the person who learn by heart of Quran. They will always read a Quran every day. Because, without practicing and practicing, they can’t recall a material to be memorized. (Muhlisin_12410132)
