Social perception is a
process one to know, interpret and evaluate others perceived, about its
properties, quality, and other circumstances that exist in the person who is
perceived, thus forming a picture of the person who is perceived (Tagiuri in
Lindzey and Aronson, 1975).
Some things that affect the human
perception, among others:
1. Stimulus situation,
2. Social situations and
circumstances underlying the stimulus,
3.
circumstances people
perceive
Though the same person, but if the social
situation is different perception of the results will also be different as
well. So, three things influence perception. Because human beings are perceived
also able to give effect to the person who perceives.

I think social perception is a impression about the other person or other group with quickly based on minimal information and then describe the general characteristics of the other person or group.
